Using 2D, high-speed infrared cameras, our physical therapists can fully analyze the biomechanics of your running or walking style. The video recording allows us to slow down your leg movements, so we can help you understand why you are having pain or how you can improve your walking or running pattern. We can not only look at how your feet and ankles move, but also your knees, hips, pelvis and lower back. This full body analysis can give us a more complete picture of how your body is moving and what may be going wrong.

Included in the analysis is a full assessment of your strength, flexibility and balance. Once we have a comprehensive understanding of how your joints and muscles are moving, we can then recommend a treatment plan to get you walking or running better, faster, more efficiently and without pain.
